This emulation software runs on the user workstation for connection to mainframes in PC-to-Host mode.


 Windows user workstation
On a Windows workstation, Winsurf provides uniform emulation of terminals, comprising all emulation functions: screen, printer, file transfer, macro language, etc.
Thanks to cutting-edge ergonomic design, Winsurf provides a high degree of user comfort. The user-friendly interface lets Winsurf integrate perfectly with office automation workstations and Microsoft Office applications: adjustable toolbars, programmable keyboard, keyword management (hotspots), etc.

 Architecture
Winsurf features a simple architecture: the whole environment is controlled from the user workstation.
Winsurf is open to integration with AGL applications and HLLAPI and UVTI interfaces.

• Winsurf 3270
  Emulation of IBM 3278 terminals (models 2, 3, 4 and 5), IBM 3279 terminals (models 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B) in standard and extended mode, TN3270 / TN3270E terminals and the IBM 3287 printer, type LU1 (SCS) and LU3 (DSC).
  Communication via SNA gateways in native mode and communication in telnet mode
  
  
• Winsurf 5250
  Emulation of IBM 5250E terminals (5251, 5291, 5292, 3196, 3179, 3180, 3477); 24x80 or 27x132 screen, monochrome or 8-color, and the associated 3812 SCS (LU1) printer.
  Communication with AS/400 system directly in TN 5250 and via communications gateway.

  Emulation of Bull DKU 7107 or 7211, Questar terminals (VIP or SDP modes), TTU 8125/8127 or PRU 7080 printers, including management of function keys and G0, G1 and extended character sets.

  Emulation of the Bull DKU 7102/7202 asynchronous terminal, VIP or SDP mode

  Emulation of the Bull HN 7800 or Questar terminals (in CHAR, TEXT and FORM modes), with TTU 8125/8127 printer

  Emulation of the DEC VT320, VT220 or VT100 terminal, 80 or 120 column mode, and the DEC LA100 printer. Supports DRCS functions.
